A bit about me
I am a Liverpool and London-based stylist, fashion illustrator and copy writer.
PROFESSIONAL
I’ve been working in fashion since I graduated from The University of Central Lancashire in 2005. I started as a display assistant at Harvey Nichols in Knightsbridge, dressing windows and floor displays, and creating and installing interior schemes.
In 2007 I left to further pursue the styling route, embarking on several months of magazine internships, at publications including Vogue, Grazia and In Style, before snagging a six month internship assisting Glamour Magazine’s Fashion and Shopping Editor. This led to a one year Fashion Assistant contract assisting the Senior Fashion Editor, where I assisted on editorial fashion and celebrity shoots and styled feature shoots, as well as attending London Fashion Week and various press events.
Since leaving Glamour in 2010 I have been styling editorial, online and catwalk shows on a freelance basis for clients including the Outnet.com, Spiel Magazine, Pulse Agency and the Trafford Centre. I have also worked as a regular freelance copywriter for ASOS.com, and as a personal shopper for a start-up menswear website.
